Inarctica places 3.3 mln shares at 900 rbl apiece in SPO

MOSCOW, Nov 30 (PRIME) -- Fish producer Inarctica, previously known as Russian Aquaculture, has placed in a secondary public offering (SPO) 3.3 million shares at 900 rubles apiece, the company said in a statement on Thursday.

The company collected bids for 3 billion rubles of the shares on November 23.

Inarctica’s free float rose to 17.8% as a result of the SPO.
